Job Title: Vendor Program Manager
Location: Onsite-Menlo Park, CA
Duration: 9+ Months
Job Scope:
We are seeking a Vendor Program Manager with 6+ years of experience, possessing a strong operational and vendor management background. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can manage large-scale initiatives and provide clear updates to cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. This role is part of the Business Acceleration Solutions (BAS) team, which helps businesses operate and grow by connecting them with in-house engineers, recommending suitable partners, or developing customized solutions.
As a Vendor Program Manager, you will be responsible for vendor activation, vendor strategy, and operationalizing programs that drive partner success. The team operates at the intersection of operations, strategy, programs, and data. The ideal candidate can navigate complex cross-functional environments and effectively leverage vendor resources to optimize operations.
This role requires strong operational and vendor management expertise, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive actionable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead vendor and operational strategy, implementation, and support internal teams in vendor activation for program delivery and daily operations.
- Collaborate with BAS teams to assess current workflows, identify operational gaps, and develop solutions for stakeholder and leadership approval.
- Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional partners and act as a subject matter expert on operational best practices and vendor management.
- Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams, including programs, policy, and domain knowledge, to operationalize complex issues, mitigate risks, and drive solutions.
- Develop expertise in the business partner ecosystem and associated products.
- Establish vendor strategy, operational playbooks, and resolution processes.
- Communicate operational and procedural concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Manage multiple priorities and competing tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in program management, vendor management, operational strategy, or a related field.
- Proven ability to apply critical problem-solving skills, propose solutions, and enhance operational performance.
- Experience presenting complex policy-related content to general audiences and senior executives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address business challenges.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple projects in parallel.
- Experience in digital marketing roles.
- Familiarity with industry-related products and third-party ecosystems.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or other project/vendor management credentials.
