Job Title: Digital Automation & Business Development Sr Advisor

Job Summary:
As a Digital Automation and Business Development Sr Advisor within the Vendor Co-Marketing organization, you will be instrumental in advancing client's mission to deliver cutting-edge automation solutions. Collaborating closely with our team on digital transformation initiatives, you will diagnose operational challenges, develop customized automation solutions, and drive business outcomes that enhance efficiency and performance. Utilizing your expertise in Vendor Co-Marketing processes and technical acumen, you will engage with team members to identify their needs and translate those insights into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional critical thinking, automation, and data visualization skills within Vendor Co-Marketing environments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct job shadowing sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of current processes and identify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for automation.
- Assess and analyze company processes to pinpoint automation opportunities.
- Design and deliver compelling, outcome-driven automation solutions that align with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Serve as the Project Owner for automation initiatives, prioritizing the backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and implement enhancements to increase the business value of existing bots.
- Prepare and present proposals to business leaders and key stakeholders, communicating project and program opportunities, progress, and accomplishments.
- Train and empower team members to adopt tools and methodologies for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Industry Expertise: Extensive background in Vendor Co-Marketing, with proven experience in automation consulting or similar roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), VBA coding, and Power Query. Python experience is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated an exceptional ability to diagnose complex operational challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
- Communication Skills: outstanding communication and presentation skills to build trust and deliver tailored value propositions aligned with organizational goals.
- Translation Ability: Strong capability to translate complex automation concepts into business-friendly language.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through strategic problem-solving.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment to achieve shared goals.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
