Title: Video Content Coordinator
Duration: 6 Months 
Location: Remote with a preference of the candidate being located near Austin TX or Atlanta GA - working with influencers in those areas to shoot content.

About the Team:
  • Client is a leading food delivery platform that connects people with the best local restaurants. The video team plays a key role in sourcing engaging, high-quality video content that showcases delicious food and the restaurants who make it.
  • We’re looking for a Video Content Coordinator to help us manage incoming video assets, collaborate with influencer and restaurant partners, and craft compelling storylines from raw footage.

What You’ll Do:
  • Review and Label Video Content: Watch and categorize received video submissions, tagging key themes and ensuring adherence to our community guidelines
  • Quality Auditing: Conduct regular reviews of moderated video content to ensure guidelines are being properly followed and a high moderation bar is maintained
  • Influencer Outreach & Management: Identify potential influencer partners, coordinate video submissions, and manage ongoing relationships with our top partners
  • Restaurant Outreach & Management: Reach out to restaurant owners to inform them of the video program, source video content, and answer any questions they may have
  • Develop Storylines: Review raw footage and write engaging narratives that align with our brand’s voice and marketing objectives
  • Content Organization: Maintain an organized library of video assets, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant, marketing, and video production teams to support video objectives

What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze video content and identify compelling storytelling opportunities
  • Experience in quality assurance, content coordination, or social media
  • A passion for food and digital media Tactical Needs Core video management

  • Arcgate quality audits + give feedback
  • Set up email sends to Mx
  • Manage the inbox
  • Set up calls with Mx as needed
