Job Description

Job Title: Product Operations Project Manager
Duration: 6 Months

Overview:
The Product & Regulatory Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring user and business safety on digital platforms. This team supports emerging and high-priority operations in collaboration with product and engineering teams, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders.

As a Product Operations Project Manager, you will lead initiatives to drive growth, engagement, and quality of digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong program/project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster relationships with global stakeholders. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, monitoring, and cross-functional engagement to drive program success.

This role requires an individual with a passion for data-driven decision-making, strong analytical and investigative skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and experimentation effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, develop, and execute project plans for supported programs.

  • Drive effective program communications, including root cause analysis, escalation coordination, and leadership updates.

  • Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support scalable growth.

  • Manage programs by developing execution plans, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance.

  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

  • Adapt to changing requirements and prioritize escalation requests effectively.

  • Utilize large data sets and advanced tools to drive analytical insights and support operational decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in operations within a tech company, consulting, or related field.

  • Strong strategic thinking with a proven track record of driving customer experience improvements through innovation.

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience in a corporate environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functional and global boundaries.

  • Ability to make sound judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities.

  • Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with key stakeholders, including senior leadership.

  • Strong adaptability in communicating across various formats, time zones, and audiences.
