Job Description:
•    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our efforts in maximizing success with Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program applications.
•    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, broadband infrastructure, and government funding processes. 
•    This role requires exceptional project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to develop compelling applications. 
•    The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire application process, from initial planning and strategy development to final submission and follow-up. 
•    Key responsibilities include conducting thorough needs assessments, collaborating with stakeholders to identify eligible projects, ensuring compliance with all BEAD program guidelines, and managing timelines and resources effectively.
•    The successful candidate will also be adept at data analysis, budget planning, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise with government officials, community partners, and internal teams. 4+ Years experience in program management for a large firm.


Key Group:
•    The team has an urgent need for Program Management support to provide support on Broadband Equity Access, and Deployment program (BEAD) grant applications. 
•    This labor will bridge until Full-Time staffing can keep up with the demands of the BEAD program. During this period, there are up to 8 concurrent grant applications running at any given time. Current staffing levels are inadequate to support the volume of concurrent grant applications.
