Job Title: Demand Generation Project Manager
Duration: 6-7 months (Possibility of extension)
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Local Remote) // (Open to EST Remote for really strong candidate)
Description:
This position will be responsible for developing and executing planned demand generation programs that drive top-of-funnel growth and pipeline acceleration. The role is responsible for all campaign development and event/webinar strategy and production used to drive demand.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytical, with a deep understanding of pipeline progression from the top of the funnel to closed-won deals. They should be a strategic thinker with a passion for demand generation, process optimization, and cross-team collaboration. While they will not directly manage digital marketing or content, a strong grasp of these areas is essential. You will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation and have a wealth of tools to support your endeavors. You will collaborate with both Evisort and organization marketing teams and both sales teams to ensure our product offering (CLM) is incorporated into company wide planning and programs.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Campaigns
- Develop a strong relationship with the key stakeholders on the Evisort and organization sales teams to ensure alignment, enablement and outcomes for all programs.
- Develop and execute planned multi-channel demand generation campaigns focused on MQL acquisition, engagement, event and webinar attendance and pipeline growth. Channels include Content syndication, email marketing, social media, direct mail, events/webinars, SEM.
- Partner with the content and digital marketing peers to ensure demand gen campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Marketo, Demandbase (or similar ABM platforms), and Salesforce to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Implement scalable processes for lead capture, nurture workflows, and conversion optimization.
- Continuously analyze key demand generation metrics and make weekly recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure smooth handoff of leads to the sales team, optimizing marketing-sales alignment and conversion rates.
- Develop good understanding of strong industry organizations and partnerships for both organization and the CLM community so that our programs are strategically aligned with our target audience
- Own the planning and execution of planned live events and webinars as part of the demand generation strategy.
- Utilize Goldcast or similar webinar platforms to drive event engagement and follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, CX, product marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure events align with pipeline acceleration goals.
- Manage event logistics, speaker coordination, promotion strategies, and post-event lead nurturing.
- Track event-driven pipeline impact and optimize future events for better engagement and conversion.
- Review and report on campaign and event performance in weekly team meetings, ensuring transparency on what’s working and what needs optimization.
- Provide actionable insights on marketing-influenced pipeline, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Develop and refine dashboards in Salesforce and Marketo to ensure accurate tracking of marketing’s impact.
Hard Skills
- 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing campaigns, and event/webinar management.
- Proficiency in Marketo, Goldcast, Demandbase (or similar ABM tool), and Salesforce a plus.
- Strong understanding of pipeline progression, demand generation metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Experience designing, executing, and measuring lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, webinars, events).
- Familiarity with sales-marketing alignment strategies and lead handoff best practices.
- Highly detail-oriented with a hunger for process optimization and communication.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate campaign performance, optimizations, and recommendations.
