Must have skills:
- 3-5 years of workday experience in recent implementation experience and is able to advise able to work with global teams APAC/EU/NAM/LATAM and flexible in different time zone if needed 3 days in office
- Adaptability, Creativity and Outside of the box thinking
- ATS/CRM experience
- Experience with JIRA
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft project and Teams
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to be a part of our Talent Acquisition COE. This role will assist in our upcoming TA tech stack implementation to include Workday Recruiting, CRM, Events and AI. This is a contract position that requires a professional with a strong background in agile methodologies, project management, and talent acquisition systems, specifically Workday. The successful candidate will play an active role in the implementation. This individual will also assist in supporting sub-projects related to the implementation such as clean up, configuration consultation, testing, and postproduction adoption. This role will also lead PM miscellaneous projects within the TA Optimization team.
- Support the implementation of Workday Recruiting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals.
- Be a strong consultant for Workday related configuration testing, as it relates to TA processes and procedures.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TA, Technology, and systems teams, to ensure successful project execution.
- Utilize agile methodologies to manage project tasks, sprints, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth transition to production.
- Provide training support to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on HR systems implementation.
- Proven experience with Workday Recruiting implementation on a global scale
- Familiar with AI systems and global requirements
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience with other Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, or Benefits.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration processes.
