Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Transformation team within the Supply Chain division.
- The program manager will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of our supply chain operations.
- This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
- Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Project Support: Provide analytical support for strategic transformation projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain strategies.
- Generate insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, share findings, and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
- ERP (SAP ECC, Oracle), Supply chain planning systems (ex. O9).
- Project management, Excel.
- Typical day will vary depending on program phase and in-flight activities.
- Supporting key business activities (testing/requirements, go-live planning).
- Cross functionality collaboration through attending and hosting various meetings/standups.
- Supply chain background (Telecom a bonus).
- Program management experience on large/complex transformational initiatives.
- Problem solving – ability to think quickly and adaptably to mitigate/solve problems or issues.
- Communication – clear concise communication with both internal and external teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, strategic planning, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Experience with supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability and resilience in the face of change and uncertainty.
