Job Title: Program Manager- II
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Bellevue, WA (3 days on-site in Bellevue HQ)
 
Description:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Transformation team within the Supply Chain division.
  • The program manager will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of our supply chain operations.
  • This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
 Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain operations. 
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Project Support: Provide analytical support for strategic transformation projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain strategies. 
  • Generate insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, share findings, and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
 Technology Requirements:
  • ERP (SAP ECC, Oracle), Supply chain planning systems (ex. O9).
  • Project management, Excel.
What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks):
  • Typical day will vary depending on program phase and in-flight activities.
  • Supporting key business activities (testing/requirements, go-live planning).
  • Cross functionality collaboration through attending and hosting various meetings/standups.
Preferred background/prior work experience?
  • Supply chain background (Telecom a bonus).
  • Program management experience on large/complex transformational initiatives.
 Priority soft skills:
  • Problem solving – ability to think quickly and adaptably to mitigate/solve problems or issues.
  • Communication – clear concise communication with both internal and external teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, strategic planning, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of change and uncertainty.
