Job Title: Program Manager III
Duration: 09 Months
Location: Remote (strong preference for PST) Open to CST and EST as well
Summary:
  • Client is looking for a Marketing Technology Program Manager to sit under its Business Marketing Group organization. This person will partner closely with marketing managers, engineering managers, operations leads, and other experts to assess new initiatives, improve existing projects and platforms, and increase cross-functional collaboration from a marketing technology perspective. This person will review and engage on projects related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and event marketing technology to assess technical feasibility as well as through an operational efficiency perspective. The role requires exceptional collaboration and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a flexible approach in a fast-paced global environment
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong project management skills (Asana or Jira or Monday)
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Strong experience with Google suites (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • SQL
  • Experience with scripting languages for pulling reports
  • Understanding and experience in Agile methodology.
Years of Experience:    
  • 3+ years of experience.
Degrees/Certifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify key pain points and improvement opportunities and develop and review current operational and remediation plans/processes to maximize efficiencies across teams.
  • Create operational procedures and best practices to ensure quality and consistency with new or existing platform feature launches and workflow reviews.
  • Execute on data driven approach to meet project goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation & presentation material.
  • Update, review and refine Team and Org level presentations and slides.
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on established processes and evangelize best practices adoption.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Project Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations space.
  • Proven project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Experience streamlining complex processes and implementing strategic process improvement solutions to drive efficiency.
  • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and third-party vendors in accomplishing project objectives.
  • Offer consulting support to new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate with different individuals across the organization and within other geographies, and "roll-up the sleeves" in order to accomplish all necessary tasks.
  • Strong, clear communicator.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to closely walk the line between business and technology.
  • Experience operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
  • Experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations.
  • Experience working with privacy, legal and compliance topics.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Workplace, Google Suite.
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
