The client is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. Ideal candidates will have at least 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on CRM or SaaS products preferred, and a track record of proven success in launching new products and driving market adoption.

Key Responsibilities include:
Messaging and Positioning:
- Develop and refine the value proposition, key messages, and positioning for a new Client's SMB solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
- Create and oversee the development of marketing content, including but not limited to:
- Product datasheets and one-pagers
- Customer success stories
- Blog posts and articles
- Webinars and video scripts
- Ensure all content is high-quality, engaging, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Contribute to a comprehensive launch plan, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute the launch plan effectively.
- Manage the creation and distribution of launch materials, such as press releases, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including training programs, sales decks, and FAQs.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to sell the new CRM offering.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to the sales team to optimize performance.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of the launch.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Use data insights to inform ongoing marketing strategies and adjustments.
