Job Description

Title: Program Manager III
Duration: 12 Months 
Location: Remote position within US

The Knowledge Management Program Manager is responsible for maintaining the knowledge management ecosystem through documentation, project execution, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects/programs, strong leadership skills, and excellent stakeholder communication. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and have prior knowledge management experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Author, edit, and standardize materials prepared by others, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Organize materials with clarity and conciseness, adhering to established standards for order, style, and terminology.
  • Maintain meticulous records and files of work, including revisions, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders across Global Operations to define processes, technical specifications, and content for publication, ensuring clear communication and project success.
  • Partner across Global Operations to develop performance support solutions.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of knowledge management initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to partner and deliver results across multiple teams and leadership levels.
  • Experience managing global knowledge and documentation projects/programs (including vendor providers or cross-functional stakeholders) and communicating trade-offs between metrics to stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate feedback, challenges, roadblocks, and insights effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences.
  • Capability to apply knowledge strategy across diverse workflows while meeting regional and industry-specific needs, including technical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects based on business needs and impact.
  • Ability to navigate uncertainty, finding creative solutions to drive business success.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of strong project ownership, project management, and self-direction.
    • Experience delivering programs through outsourced vendor partners.
    • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities.
    • Prior experience in knowledge management.
