Job Description

Title: Product Operations Project Manager
Duration:6 Months
Location: Fully onsite in MPK/NYC/SEA (any preference) 
 
The Product & Regulatory Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring user and business safety across platforms. This team drives operations for emerging and critical priorities, working closely with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders.
As a Product Operations Project Manager, you will lead projects that drive growth, engagement, and quality of digital products. This role requires strong program/project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring effective cross-functional engagement and clear communication of program progress.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical with experience handling large data sets and advanced tooling. They should be comfortable working in ambiguous environments and have a strong ability to identify, investigate, and mitigate risks impacting platform operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, develop and execute project plans for supported programs.
  • Drive effective, concise, and persuasive communications, including root cause analysis, internal/external escalations, leadership updates, and business recommendations.
  • Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support scalable growth.
  • Lead program management efforts, including risk and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and grace under pressure.
  • Adapt to evolving requirements and prioritize escalation requests efficiently.
  • Utilize large data sets and advanced tooling to drive insights and support operational decision-making.
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or similar roles within a tech environment.
  • 7+ years of project/program management experience in a corporate setting.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of enhancing customer experience through innovation and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across global teams.
  • Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for reporting, analytics, and operational insights.
  • Experience driving collaboration across cross-functional teams, coordinating effectively, and inspiring others.
  • Strong ability to communicate across multiple formats, time zones, and audiences, including operations teams, key stakeholders, and leadership.
