Job Description

The Amazon Delivery Experience ADX Customer Experience design org is seeking a strategic, experienced UX writer who has a passion for content strategy. This role will span multiple design teams that create and manage customerfacing delivery experiences in the Amazon Shopping app. In partnership with UX designers youll craft bestinclass ecommerce experiences that localize well across our diverse global audiences. Youll work alongside researchers, product managers, engineers, and other crossfunctional partners to create easy and joyful shopping experiences for Amazon customers. In addition to writing strings and formulating content strategies that drive results, youll create your own processes, frameworks, and documentation to help scale UX writing within the design team.Key responsibilities: Write clear, concise, and engaging UX content, with an emphasis on ecommerce best practices. Lead content strategy across highly complex, highprofile initiatives, formulating messaging syntax and structure. Be a force multiplier, scaling via partner education and documentation of UX writing best practices. Conduct comprehensive content audits to incisively assess current state and drive impact in key areas of the business. Use datadriven audience insights and internal feedback to test and iterate.7 years of professional UX writing experience required. B2C experience preferred.While this contract does not have set inoffice requirements, you must reside within commuting distance of our offices in Bellevue, WA, USA and be able to collaborate in person on a frequent basis.This is a fulltime contract 40 hoursweek through the end of 2025, with a possibility for extension.
