Our unique colocated facility enables rapid innovation, seamless integration, and swift deployment of new technologies.Are you passionate about implementing and optimizing enterpriselevel supply chain systems Do you thrive on solving complex technical challenges and driving digital transformation We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Systems Engineer to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of our critical supply chain applications including SAP S4HANA, Kinaxis, and Tulip.As a Supply Chain Systems Engineer, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for our manufacturing operations, driving system excellence through strategic implementation of automated solutions and advanced processes. This role is critical in maintaining system integrity, developing comprehensive documentation, and ensuring seamless integration across our technology stack. You will be the primary subject matter expert for our supply chain systems, leading technical implementations, maintaining master data governance, developing training programs, and providing critical support for our manufacturing operations. Working crossfunctionally, youll streamline workflows through automation, resolve complex technical issues, and continuously enhance our systems to improve operational efficiency.Core Responsibilities:System Implementation ArchitectureSupport technical implementation of supply chain systems including SAP S4HANA, Kinaxis, and TulipProvide expertise during new feature development and testingDevelop system architecture and integration solutions between platformsCreate and maintain system documentation, technical material, standard operating procedures, and training materialsDesign and implement automated workflows and system controlsCoordinate user acceptance testing UAT across multiple stakeholders and drive adoptionManage system enhancement projects from requirements through deploymentEnsure compliance with change management and release proceduresBusiness Analysis RequirementsPartner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsCreate detailed business requirement documents BRDs and functional specificationsDesign, develop and maintain data visualizations and analytical reports to support business decisionmaking and monitor KPIsMaintain product feature roadmap and prioritize enhancement requestsDevelop business cases and ROI analysis for system improvementsMaster Data System AdministrationEstablish and maintain master data governance frameworksTroubleshoot system issues and provide technical supportMonitor system performance and implement optimizationsDevelop and maintain comprehensive troubleshooting guides and decision treesPerform root cause corrective action RCCA analysis for system issuesConduct periodic system health checks and performance reviewsServe as primary SME for RMTOs supply chain systems providing technical guidance on system capabilities and limitationsRequired Qualifications:5 years of professional experience in system engineering, inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related fieldExtensive expertise in implementing and configuring supply chain systemsDeep understanding of supply chain system concepts and applicationsExcellent problemsolving and process improvement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence crossfunctional teamsProficient in data analysis, programming, and system integrationStrong SQL skills and experience with API integrationsExperience in technical writing and requirements documentationBachelors degree in supply chain management, system engineering, or a related technical fieldPreferred Qualifications:Certified SAP Associate, Certified Kinaxis Author, or another Advanced User certificationExpert knowledge in SAP S4HANA, Tulip, andor KinaxisExperience with LeanSix Sigma methodologies and process optimizationExperience with agile methodologies and project managementAPICS Certification CPIM or CSCPKnowledge of emerging technologies in the supply chain and logistics space e.g. robotics, IoT, machine learning
