Job Description:
Summary:
  • The main function of a Solution Portfolio Program Manager is to provide successful definition, implementation and delivery of complex data and analytics that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain data and analytics project plans, GSD boards, and SteerCo presentations to manage milestones, risks, and timelines and drive and coordinate project activity.
  • Document the development and sprint schedule, deployment plan, incident management and response time, risks and mitigation plans, change management timeline, and data and analytics development
  • Drive the scrum model and sprint plans, monitor tasks, resourcing capacity, and overall velocity, story points, and burndown rate to monitor delivery progress
  • Develop project governance and stakeholder engagement plans to collaborate and drive execution with high performance teams and stakeholders
  • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
  • Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
  • Provide users with data and analytics support for reports and dashboards.
  • Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.
  • Develop data and analytics resources, providing for data security and control, strategic reporting, and disaster recovery.
  • Supports facilitating User Acceptance Testing “UAT” and documents reported bugs, data/reporting requests, and tool content change requests.
  • Support change management as needed, and consulting on the prioritization.

  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Strong knowledge of product, reporting and analytics, HIVE tables/data warehousing
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing reporting
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, ADP, GenAI, Mulesoft
  • focus on HR Technology product development
 
KEY Skills/Must Haves:
  • Role #1: Contingent worker, business process management, familiarity with beeline/workday, familiarity on supply chain, GenAI (agentic experience), data and analytics
  • Role #2: HR information discovery, salesforce experience, case management workflow, developing portals, GenAI (agentic exp), looking for a driver to get things done

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Supports HR technology for people operation pillars - role is foundation of what everything is built on top of
  • Support in HR information discover pillar (business and engineer to identify technical automations to support search efficiency, other content and taxonomy related project management)
  • GSD boards (task management tool) to look at program progress
  • Escalation support
  • Hosting daily standups to review progress of GSD boards and tasks. Any resource timelines and risks
  • Recap notes and action items to follow up with stakeholders
  • Prepare for launch
  • Manage risk register
 
How will performance be measured?                   
  • Accuracy of overall status updates - progress against milestones - maintaining and escalating risk - trust and credibility with leaders on project statuses. Accountability and availability.
