Job Title: Supply Chain Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA, Onsite 1 or 2 days a week *must be local to ATO*
Duration: 1 Year
Shift Timings: 7 AM - 4 PM or 8:00 - 5:00 PM (day shifts)
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
• SAP Experience: Conversion of production work orders. Transfer orders. Understanding production orders and planning.
• Excel & Smartsheet Proficiency: Pull metrics. Create reports and dashboards. Work with large datasets.
• Show strong organizational skills.
• Supply Chain Experience: Planning, Forecasting, Demand planning, Manufacturing execution using SAP.
• GMP Knowledge.
• Time Management
• Effective communication
• Strong Adoptability
• Strong organization, communication and prioritization skill
The ideal candidate for this role must have strong SAP experience, particularly in converting production work orders, transfer orders, and understanding production and planning processes. Excel and Smartsheet proficiency is essential for pulling metrics, creating reports, and managing large datasets. The candidate should have a background in supply chain, preferably within a GMP-regulated environment, and demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. The role requires someone who can work cross-functionally with global teams, take initiative in problem-solving, and effectively manage shifting priorities.
Candidates should: Not just list tasks but demonstrate how they’ve improved processes. Show strategic thinking in their resume and interviews.
Identify problems and propose solutions to improve efficiency.

Development Supply Chain (DSC) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of products, process knowledge and technology solutions to enable accelerate product commercialization. DSC serves as a launch site to enable speed to market for company's innovative products and biosimilars. DSC arranges and ensures the product needed for clinical trials is available globally. DSC serve patients around the globe and ensure investigational product is at the clinics for the patients to receive their dose on time.
The Global Study Planning (GSP) team is responsible for forecasting & planning the inventory in centralized warehouse and local hospitals. The planners apply several Demand management and Supply Planning processes and assumptions in a regulated environment to ensure product supply to patients.
The role:
The Global Study Planner (GSP) in the support office helps the global planning team members ensure supply to patient every time. During the length of the clinical trial, the study planner is responsible to monitor inventory at central locations and hospitals while minimizing product waste. Support Office planner executes several complex activities to supports the study planners plan and supply to the patients based on inventory levels and enrollment. Support Office work in a global team and ensures there is coverage for study planners during business hours. Support office is the backbone of the department.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Ensure all work is completed with minimal disruption and in compliance with all cGMP guidelines and procedures.
• Apply standard Supply Chain and MRP planning principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
• Support running reports indicator to enable Global Study Planners critical activities to maintain supply.
• Support initiatives to improve business processes, reporting, and metrics.
• Under minimal supervision, perform work successfully completing operational objectives and improving existing systems and processes within scope of responsibility.
• Support the Supply Chain business process by identifying opportunities and providing key potential solutions that will provide automation, advanced analytics, and insights to support strategic decision making.
• Convert and maintain purchase orders and master data in SAP using current procurement information and in collaboration with Corporate Master Data group.
• Work cross functionally to ensure product shipments to warehouses across the globe occurs as planned.
• Complete initiation of material destruction
• Organizes data and report metrics to management.
• Maintains departments business SharePoint and collaboration sites such as TEAMS.
• Organizes and Conduct’s daily department meetings.
• Identify opportunities to optimize order management (e.g., order consolidation, order frequency, min order quantities etc.)
• Review and rationalize Bill of Material (BOM) requirements for new and existing products.
• Responsible for the coordination of logistics activities, regular interface with internal and external clients, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and communicate regular updates to key stakeholders including senior management.
