Job Description:
- DCO - Data Center Operations
- Maintaining and repairing server racks
- Replacing hard drives
- Replacing motherboards and the parts in them
- Hardware break fixes
- Maintaining incoming tickets
Preferred Experience:
- 2-3 years of break-fix work - full machine repair
- Linux knowledge - 2/3 years
- CCNA, Some juniper certification
- Entry-level candidates: 2/3 years of help desk
- Attendance will be the biggest sift skill
