Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Technical, Fleet and Packaging Marketing Measurement and Analytics
Duration: 8 Months
Location: New York City, NY/Seattle, WA


Job summary:

The Worldwide Cross Channel, Cross Category Marketing (XCM) team is looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager – Tech to lead the measurement and operational data/analytics set up for the client’s Fleet and Packaging media channel and expansion scoping. This role is inherently cross-functional: you will work closely with science, engineering, product, operations, and marketing teams to build best-in-class measurement models and analytics capabilities that help us understand the efficacy of marketing on the vans and packages, as well as, monitor operational performance and impact.

Key job responsibilities:
•    You are responsible for charting the course for the Fleet and Packaging measurement models and operational analytics toolkit, setting the roadmap priorities, defining the feature requirements for what we measure. You will partner with your product, operations, engineering, and science teams to translate business needs into a logical measurement design that balances data processing effort, operational excellence, and driving customer insights about which marketing and creative approaches work best. You will apply your learning from the current set up to scope product expansion to other markets. If you are obsessed with dissecting business problems into digestible, technical solutions and enjoy working with technical peers to deliver business impact, this may be the role for you. You work with your tech team to create the analytics dashboards and monitoring tools to understand operational efficiency and impact of the program. You will work with your cross-functional teams to evolve your ideas and bring them to life, making all the tough tradeoffs along the way. A day in the life:
Your product management practices set a great example to others, successfully leading all stages of the product lifecycle from concept to delivery:
1.    Vision/Strategy: You own the strategic measurement vision and scoping for bringing measurement and analytics tools to life and scoping product expansion.
2.    Roadmap: You define and steward the measurement and analytics roadmap, making crisp decisions about what projects move forward and in what priority order.
3.    Execution: You love partnering with scientists and engineers to develop new models and analytic capabilities. You own it end-to-end, from ideation to requirements to launch.
4.    Technical Skill: You understand the architecture of the systems and technologies behind your measurement products. You are able to influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
5.    Communication: You communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences.

Basic qualifications (BQs):
•    5+ years of product or program management or product marketing, business development or technology experience 
•    Bachelor's degree 
•    Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product 
•    Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition 
•    Experience with end to end product delivery 
•    Experience contributing to science and engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product 
•    Experience managing technical products or online services 
•    Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
•    Experience with A/B testing design, Randomized Controlled Tests (RCTs), statistics, and model development and automation

Preferred qualifications (PQs):
•    Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
•    Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
•    Experience with machine learning to support model automation

Additional Information:
•    We are building measurable out of home media channels using best-in-class methodologies (e.g., randomized control trials, causal modeling) to estimate the incremental value of marketing to inform investment decisions.
•    This role works backwards from how these marketing channels are executed operationally to design experiments, measure business outcomes, and synthesize insights for business stakeholders. This includes:
•    Defining channel measurement capabilities
•    Leading learning plan & experimentation design
•    Developing new model/feature development + automation to simplify & scale globally
•    Summarizing results in business reviews that transform data to insights (by campaign, trends over time).
