Background:
a. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
b. 5-8 years’ experience supporting digital marketing or digital project management, preferably within Pharmaceutical Industry
c. Demonstrated ability to manage projects in fast-paced, dynamic environment, including prioritization and meeting delivery dates
d. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively across levels of management, teams, and vendors, including the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals
e. Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet (PowerBI a plus)
f. Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision

The Digital Lab at focuses on transforming business operations through innovative solutions and capability optimization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands challenges, improves team approaches, and maintains a user-centric focus that integrates business needs with strategy. They excel at facilitating discussions across diverse team levels and aligning business objectives with their insights.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Project Management Expertise: Demonstrate strong project management skills by effectively planning, executing, and monitoring Lab Operations projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
• Technical Coordination: Serve as single point of contact for technical issues related to Lab Operations platforms, ensuring resolution through coordination and follow-up.
• Reporting Oversight: Ensure quality and consistency in data reporting, including Monthly Business Reviews and other Lab Operations reporting needs.
• Cross-functional Engagement: Collaborate with teams across all levels to meet reporting expectations.
• Support Rollouts: Assist in testing, piloting, and training for Lab Operations initiatives.
• Content Development: Support creation of slides and other content for presentations, communications, training materials, and standard operating procedures for Lab Operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Support identification of challenges and recommend improvements for platforms and reporting activities.
• Partnership with BTS: Facilitate discussions and support technical implementations with Business Technology Solutions and other partners.
• Platform Maintenance: Support development and maintenance of platforms, processes, tools, and reporting.
• Meeting Facilitation: Support organization and facilitation of meetings, including providing notes, documentation, pre-reads, and actionable summaries.
• Communication: Deliver clear and concise verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Change Management: Support adoption of new processes and tools in Lab Operations.
• Agile Role Model: Exhibit agile behaviors and act as a backup for the manager as needed, including attending or facilitating meetings, responding to questions, etc.
• Continuous Learning: Show eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving Digital Lab needs.
• Strategic Liaison: Act as a liaison between Lab Operations and cross-functional teams to address and solve challenges.
• Advocacy and Strategy: Advocate for Digital Lab needs and provide strategic recommendations for improvements.
• Permission Management: Manage or support access needs related to Lab Operations platforms and tools.
• Documentation: Document standard operating procedures and maintain disciplined work practices.
• Adaptability: Remain flexible and adaptable to the Digital Lab's evolving needs.
• Workshops and Events: Support Digital Lab workshops, events, and meetings as needed.
• Report to: Associate Director, Digital Lab Program Management.
