Job Description

Title: Program Manager, New Verticals Growth & Enablement
Location:  Remote, New York City, San Francisco
Duration: 10 Months

About the Team:

The Growth and Enablement team focuses on improving Merchant selection and health. Our north star is that 100% of all New Vertical Merchants are launched on Client with their full selection. The G&E team is responsible for unlocking critical new features and functionality for our Merchants and internal Sales team. We lead dozens of Merchant initiatives and product builds, including loyalty integrations, Merchant performance and financial reporting, selection analytics, invoicing and payment improvements, and internal Merchant onboarding improvements.

About the Role:
The Program Manager, Growth & Enablement, will work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Sales Compliance, Legal, and Go To Market teams to develop and implement Salesforce contract management processes and best practices. You will help shape the framework to simplify the onboarding process for our New Verticals Sales teams at Client, and make sure the solutions are scalable and intuitive. A successful Program Manager will be able to develop strong cross-functional relationships, operate at the lowest level to understand obstacles in existing processes, and own the Product Roadmap for Growth & Enablement Onboarding. You will also lead the development of product requirement documents, internal training materials, and go to market plans for current, and future, feature improvements. This is a highly collaborative role, and will need an ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will report into a Senior Manager on the New Verticals Growth & Enablement team within our Business Development organization.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
  • Become the SME on our internal Merchant onboarding processes, and will be able to own process and product improvements in Salesforce
  • Guide the strategic direction of the onboarding process, including helping develop product milestones to ensure progress is being made
  • Lead multiple cross functional workstreams across internal and external teams including S&O, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Go To Market, Accounting, and more
  • Work in a fast paced environment with some of the best minds at Client!
We’re excited about you because…
  • Have 3+ years experience in product/project management, with an ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. You’re comfortable setting expectations and pushing others, including senior team members, to hit milestones and stay on track.
  • Have 2+ years experience working in Salesforce, and understand how different hierarchies and processes work within the platform. Bonus points if you can translate technical and non-technical asks between Product and Engineering teams and Account Owners.
  • You have developed long term product strategies and rollout/go to market plans.
  • Enjoy program and partnership management - you are personable with excellent relationship-building skills and thrive working with cross functional partners to achieve a shared vision
  • Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and can successfully influence cross functional partners
  • Enjoy leading internal and external meetings and preparing robust weekly updates to be shared with both working teams and executive audiences
  • Are super organized and detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple, simultaneous workstreams across stakeholders
  • Have experience analyzing program/process results and reporting out on key metrics
  • Love solving complex problems both independently and in collaborative settings - you are a critical thinking but also a creative problem solver
  • Have 3+ years experience keeping projects on track and communicating succinct updates to leadership - but you’re not afraid to ask for help from coworkers and leadership when you need help unblocking
