Location - Hybrid Mclean, VA
Duration - 12 months (Extension/Conversion - Depends on performance & budget)

Job Summary:
The Senior Business/Systems Analyst acts as a vital link between business and technology, translating business needs into actionable program requirements and successful implementations.
This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's overall business/system strategies and objectives, which the Senior Business/Systems Analyst must then break down into detailed functional and operational requirements, and document functional and operational specifications that can guide development and implementation.
The Senior Business/Systems Analyst will also manage data and reporting requests, develop and deliver training and additional materials, and act as a liaison between the business and technology to clearly communicate business/system requirements and needs regarding data reporting, reports, and KPIs.
They will work to standardize data definitions, maintain the report inventory, assist in performing ongoing data analysis to evaluate program performance, and analyze linked data from different sources, ensuring that stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions and track progress.
The Senior Business/Systems Analyst will support the development and delivery of various reports, using their data analysis expertise to evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven optimizations.
Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will proactively monitor trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on the business and making recommendations for innovation and strategic adaptation.
