Job Title - Staff Marketing Manager
Duration - 6+ Months
Location - San Diego, CA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and strong Marketing leader to join Client as a TEMP Staff Manager, Marketing Transformation. In this critical role, you will lead the Marketing strategy and alignment across Executive Communications, Marketing Culture, Training and Organizational Evolution. This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA.
- Lead executive engagement and communication, including quarterly business review prep, marketing hits newsletter, and regular communication with key stakeholders; ensure a link between program results to overall Company-wide objectives.
- Push forward the operational excellence (procurement and vendor consolidation) to ensure best-in-class agency and vendor management.
- Lead OneMarketing InfoSeries, Tools/Hubs, Summer 2025 marketing intern onboarding/program and beyond.
- Support the Marketing Organizational evolution to ensure the team is resourced for key priorities while creating growth & mobility.

- Strong communicator with ability to convey information clearly and accurately, choosing the most effective method of delivery; superior communication skills across all levels of leadership; skilled at creating executive level communication via PowerPoint to gain alignment and sell-in ideas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex and matrixed environment
- Be a change agent across Marketing and key stakeholders across the company
- Organized, resourceful and planful – the ability to prioritize, get things done, work on multiple tasks, and anticipate and plan around obstacles
- Inclusive collaborator who can drive enthusiasm and advocacy across key stakeholders
- A highly motivated self-starter who can work independently
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing or related work experience. OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, or related work experience. OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Communications, Marketing or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 15+ years in Marketing, Strategy, or related work experience
• 10+ years working in a large matrixed organization
