Job Title: Project/Program Manager V
Location: Onsite (Seattle, WA)
Duration: 12 months
 
Job Description:
  • Working with Operations Lead on delivering key workstreams; including day-to-day project management, data analysis and reporting
  • Working with other members of the team – Creative and Tech – to coordinate resources and project statuses
  • Building strong working partnerships with the broader team, helping them identify opportunities for AI integrations, evaluating their potential and helping manage the building and implementation of solutions
  • Creating a knowledge repository of AI best practices; ranging from simple glossaries and explainers, through to a library of cross-Amazon resources and bespoke tools and approaches
  • Developing and implementing an organization wide training program, designed to inform and upskill participants in utilizing AI effectively
  • Producing regular newsletters on the latest developments in AI technologies and their application
  • Connecting with external agencies and broader Amazon marketing teams to better understand opportunities to collaborate and share learnings
 
Basic qualifications
  • 5+ years of integrated consumer marketing brand, campaign, creative program / project management or similar experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing teams
 
Preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with AI technologies
  • Excellent understanding of consumer brand advertising strategies, especially in the digital and high-technology space
  • Exceptional project management and relationship building skills
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong ability to interact, communicate, present and influence within multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and ambiguity is expected
  • Proficient with Excel and MS Word
