Job Description

Role: Administrative Analyst
Location: Newark, NJ – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Perm Hire)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Administrative Analyst with strong Excel skills and attention to detail to support daily tasks.  This role will involve supporting employee/contractor onboarding, assisting with data entry and reporting, coordinating schedules, setting up hiring interviews and managing administrative tasks.  The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess excellent organizational skills, and be comfortable handling confidential information.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets and develop reports (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors (this includes, systems access, ordering equipment, processing necessary paperwork, and ensuring smooth integration)
  • Process invoices and expenses
  • Meeting coordination, managing schedules and calendars
  • Will Assist with office maintenance and supplies
  • Establish and help maintain relationships internally and externally
 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, data analytics, Vlookup).
  • Strong powerpoint skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage heavy workloads in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
