Job Description

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our client’s growing engineering department. This role is designed for an individual with future leadership potential but is not a team leader position at the start.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in forming; shoring experience is preferred but can be taught.
• Strong leadership potential and comfort in managing individuals.
• Civil Engineering degree preferred, but Mechanical Engineering degrees will also be considered.
• Candidates with a different educational background must have relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop project plans based on client requirements.
• Create material lists and coordinate with customers to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee and manage project execution, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
• Initially, no direct reports, but may work with 1-2 sales representatives.
• Over time, transition into a Senior Engineer role, supervising a detailer and managing larger projects.
