Software Development Engineer – Fortune-Ranked Tech Giant Client
Location: Seattle WA onsiteDuration: 8 Months
Job Summary:
A Fortune-ranked tech giant is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join its Lead Management Engineering team. In this role, you will develop high-quality, scalable technology solutions that enhance the lead management process and support global sales operations.
You will be responsible for driving core innovations, collaborating with senior managers and stakeholders, and leading the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with deep expertise in software design, development, and implementation. This role also requires mentoring engineers, improving architecture, and championing best practices.
Primary Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design:
- Implement a scalable end-to-end technical design across all systems using AWS tools, APIs, and Redshift.
- Deliver validated conceptual architecture and define a migration plan from current to future state.
- Define environment setup and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) standards.

Software Development & Collaboration:
- Write and prioritize architectural enablement work items.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of features.
- Work closely with product management, UX designers, and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Capture technical requirements, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, efficient, and responsive.
- Design an overarching solution and solicit buy-in from technical audiences.
- Deliver high-quality code and conduct peer reviews.

Technical Leadership & Risk Management:
- Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance on system bugs and troubleshooting strategies.
- Champion best practices and coding standards within the team.

- Proven experience delivering high-quality technology products/services.
- Strong design and implementation expertise, with the ability to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Deep technical knowledge of web services, APIs, protocols, and distributed system architectures.
- Experience integrating third-party applications into complex systems.
- Ability to analyze data deeply to drive better decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities effectively.
