Job Description

Work directly with customers to define the data product requirements, success metrics, and roadmap to support complex and businesscritical technologybased products. Get buyin on the data roadmap from customers and stakeholders to ensure a scalable, extensible, and localized experience. Collaborate with design, data, and engineering leaders both internal and external to define product requirements, create delightful user experiences, establish a scalable architecture, and troubleshoot when issues arise. Provide inputs on the gotomarket strategy. Key projects for this role: 1. Launching five new QuickSight dashboards for specific customers. This will include definingrefining requirements, identifying new sources of data, executing with the TechData team on those requirements, conducting user testing, collaborating with other team members on change management processes, launching the dashboards, and supportingtroubleshooting postlaunch issues. Some of these changes will require coordination with 3P1P owners of other products to implement UI changes and adjusting the data pipeline with our internal team. 2. KTLO and maintaining existing QuickSight dashboards and related data pipelines. We automatically integrate with 4 different frontend products to collect and aggregate volunteering data to support our Steam goal to engage Amazonians in volunteering. This process requires significant transformations to the data to get it ready for frontend reporting in QuickSight. Given this complexity, we often experience bugs or issues that either break the ingestion or reporting process. We need a single threaded owner to be the escalation point when issues arise: troubleshooting the issue, working with tech to prioritize and resolve, and communicating to relevant stakeholders. 3. KTLO for Smartsheets volunteering intake tool. Global Ops populations provide volunteering data through a tracking solution in Smartsheet. This product includes the frontend forms where volunteering data is submitted and the backend sheets where that data is stored. KTLO for this product includes coordinating with tech to archive backend data as needed, troubleshooting user experience issues if they arise, implementing new features as needed, coordinating changes to the data ingestion pipeline with tech, and collaborating with other team members on change management processes.
