Job Title: Project Manager - Non Technical II
Location: Plainsboro, NJ (Remote)
Duration: 1 Year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Position Description
As a RWE (Real World Evidence) Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Project managing RWE study execution processes, Including contracting, study kickoff, protocol process documentation, study conduct,report completion, publication activities, and study closure,
  • Collaborating with study teams and using PM (Program Management) best practice methodologies to support study scoping through t publication
  • Managing project milestones, documenting and updating status in a timely manner,
  • Ensuring effective cross-functional communication to achieve project milestones and resolve issues.
  • Coordinating report reviews and results read-out meetings,
  • Supporting slide preparation and coordinating with the publication team to create and manage publication timelines,
  • Introducing and Implementing Program Management Best Practices (PMBPs) to the business as appropriate.
  • Connecting with project team members to ensure efficient collaboration and effective communication,
  • Partnering closely with Client stakeholders to understand their project management needs and identify areas for improvement,

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A university degree In Business or healthcare and related fields,
  • 3-4 years of project management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project management software knowledge is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies,
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills,
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams,
  • Fluent English,
