Job Description

Job Title: Brand Creative Program Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension or conversion

 
Scope of role:
  • Cross Channel Marketing Team (XCM) is looking for an experienced, detail oriented Creative Program Manager to support our Brand and business development launches through marketing efforts.
  • This role will oversee the execution of creative projects supporting high profile, high impact business initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of branding, building brand architecture, brand strategy, building brands from scratch, rebranding and managing conceptual design projects.
  • Candidates should have relevant experience at an agency or in house creative studio of the following: overseeing the creative development process for building brands and an expertise in digital marketing.
  • Additionally, this individual will have the ability to anticipate workload and resources needed for a successful project, while working closely with the internal creative team to develop and execute innovative initiatives to achieve business goals.
  • The candidate should have experience managing multiple projects, own schedules, outline key milestones, and traffic deliverables.
  • The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and raising the bar on creative deliverables for integrated cross-site events.
     
Additional skills:

 
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
  • Able to navigate somewhat ambiguous situations, identify and solve for blockers, and know when to escalate to keep the project moving forward
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus creative constraints
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools
 
Required Skills
  • Brand Communications & Brand Strategy
  • This role requires experience with branding, brand strategy, creating a brand from scratch, rebranding, brand guideline development, and managing conceptual design projects.
  • This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, problem solving, and strong communication skills.
  • A track record of on-time delivery of projects coupled with the ability to operate independently and autonomously are key to the success of this role.
     
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in brand design, marketing and content production timelines and process
  • Knowledge of video or photo shoot details and production timelines desired
  • Knowledge of Adobe design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with creative team members, media leads and senior leadership
 
Daily Schedule:
  • Review document, reviews process with program management
