Job Title: Production Coordinator
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Seattle, WA

Job Description:
  • The need: To produce an Alexa Theme there are a myriad of manual tasks and frequent coordination with partner teams.
  • At this time, the bulk of manual tasks and coordination are completed by the Creative Lead.
  • To scale up the Alexa Themes business (creating up to 3 themes concurrently), we’ve identified a need for a Production Coordinator role to increase our content creation output.

  • Produce more Themes at the same time
  • Frees up core creative team to also focus on pitch decks
  • Frees up design resources to focus on core value-add work which allows for working on multiple themes at the same time
 
The Content Creation Team:
  • The various roles to create Themes.
  • Creative Lead: Sets vision for the theme. The main contact for client and partner teams. Leads creative team to produce the theme.
  • UX Designer: Defines experiences. Ensures experiences and content meet the creative vision.
  • Conversational Designer: Creates themed text to speech responses.
  • Sound Designer: Curates and creates themed audio for various experiences.
  • Visual Designer: Curates and creates themed images for various Echo Show experiences.
  • Production Coordinator/Operations: Supports the tasks and coordination to produce a theme. Completes content operational tasks required to set up and publish a theme (e.g. creating ACMS response groups, uploading content to ACMS)
 
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associates Degree minimum in communications, design.
  • Years of experience: 1-2 years of experience in content creation (video production or production of digital work)
  • Software: Adobe Suite, Figma, video editing software, content creation software, PowerPoint.
  • Previous alexa experience is a big plus. 
 
Business Group & Key Projects:
  • Creative projects for Alexa – customer facing work
 
Day to Day:
  • handle coordinate of day-to-day duties
  • Will be working in the content management system.
  • Taking an image and putting into the tool and publishing it.
 
Must Haves:
  • Associates Degree minimum in communications, design or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in content creation (video production or production of digital work)
  • Software: Adobe Suite, Figma, video editing software, content creation software, PowerPoint.
