Title: Associate Technical Support Specialist
Duration: 12 Months
Location:Indianapolis, IN 46256 - Hybrid (Training/Meetings on site, Majority of work hours at home)
Hours - 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm), rotating weekend shifts, subject to change based on needs of customers. (Training hours will vary based on hours of trainer, could be 1st or 2nd shift, training on average lasts 2 weeks)

As an Associate Technical Support Specialist you will serve as a support liaison between Client and our customers. This role supports customers in both the United States, United Kingdom and Ireland.

Description:
As an Associate Technical Support Specialist you will serve as a support liaison between Client and our customers. This role supports customers in both the United States, United Kingdom and Ireland.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Answers overflow customer calls 24/7/365 from all business areas directly, often during critical customer times (ex. long hold times or when after-hours support is needed), and will coordinate internally for appropriate technical experts to contact customers.
- Answers all after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls for the UK/Ireland Affiliate and coordinate internally for appropriate technical experts to contact customer
- Perform after-hours dispatching, engaging with field personnel nationwide
- Maintaining records in accordance with client Quality and FDA requirements.
- You are also responsible for the overall success of the company through interactions that develop and promote loyal business relationships.
- The Clients Support Network Customer Support Center serves our customers on a 7 day/24 hour basis. It is expected for this individual to be open to working any shift, with your schedule being determined on a quarterly basis.
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent military training).
- Formal or informal leadership experience preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
