Job Description
Title: Compensation Manager
Location: Remote, US
Duration: 6 months (Possibility of extension)
Hours: Standard business hours M-F
- Partner with compensation leadership and HR business partners as the compensation partner for multiple client groups and independently manage client relationships.
- Consult directly with HR Business Partners and clients as a subject matter expert to ensure compensation recommendations and programs are aligned, relevant to both the market and internal equity, and compliant.
- Provide guidance and pay recommendations, participate in salary surveys, and conduct job evaluations for employees at all levels.
- Drive change management, process improvement, communication, and engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and act as the primary lead during the annual planning cycle for assigned client groups including auditing and reporting for rollup meetings with senior leaders.
- Lead multiple projects such as annual compensation structure management and pay transparency to name a few.
Requirements:
- Five years of professional experience.
- Three years of experience in compensation or related fields.
- Education Level :High School Graduate/GED.
- Proficiency in analytics and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in producing leadership-ready presentations.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing broad-based global compensation programs.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leveraging cross-functional relationships with Human Resources, Finance and Legal.
- Skilled knowledge of global compensation plans, laws and regulations including FLSA, EEO, 409A, and other wage and hour rules and regulations.
- Strong Analytical ability.
- Strong customer service presence and focus.
Note:
- Experience in managing benefits is a super plus too.
- The role could be extended beyond 6 months due to other expected Leave coverage.
