Purpose Statement:
  • The APS team is an industry leading organization, providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction. The APS Operation team is seeking a Project Manager to partner with key stakeholders, drive project execution, and create new ways to improve APS Operations.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Provide ad-hoc support to individual teams to enhance productivity and address immediate project needs.
  • Assist in the Brand/Indication Launch Management by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resource allocation for successful launches.
  • Oversee and implement brand mix changes across PE, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market demands.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to the Five9 platform, minimizing disruptions and enhancing user experience
  • Develop and publish communication plan for the project’s deployment
  • Develop and maintain training and user documentation
  • Create and communicate status updates to appropriate stakeholders
  • Maintain and update distribution lists for Patient Engagement, ensuring accurate and timely communication across teams.
  • Coordinate translation services with TransPerfect and LiveOps to ensure the highest-quality services
  • Analyze and manage escalation trends in process execution, coordinating resolutions and implementing process improvements.
  • Develop, document, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Support the knowledge management initiatives by organizing and making available critical information and resources.
  • Manage the iEngage Specialty and Complete licenses, ensuring compliance and efficient utilization across the organization.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects and ensuring successful execution.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create analysis and communicate a story to stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
