Job Title: Support Engineer II

Job Description:
This role involves managing the manual release process of mobile shopping apps. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with teams to test and sign-off on app releases in a timely manner.
• Creating detailed release plans and writing email updates for developer teams.
• Managing end-to-end app release processes on iOS and Android.

 
Tasks Include:

• Releasing apps on iOS and Android platforms.
• Coordinating with developer teams for testing and resolving issues before release.
• Creating, approving, and executing release plans, including version updates and data accuracy checks.

 
Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of developer support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to maintaining customer focus, motivation, and proactive engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Linux environments.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Communication: Ability to professionally convey information and updates.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the release process.
• Independent Work: Self-motivation and minimal need for supervision.
