Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling customer calls, managing collections, and providing top-notch customer service. An advanced level of English (B2+ or higher) and intermediate Excel skills (with practical testing required) are necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Oversee collections, contact clients regarding payment arrangements, and resolve overdue issues.
- Maintain updated and accurate customer records, including call logs and transaction details.
- Ensure service quality and consistency by following company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges.
- Utilize intermediate-level Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Engage in training programs to boost service knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, with experience in calls and collections.
- Language: Advanced English (B2+ or above).
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (subject to testing).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
