Job Description

Job Title: Admin Assistant I (Part-Time)
Duration: 10+ Months
Location: Ridgefield, CT 06877
Pay Rate starts from $20/Hr. on W2 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Generally onsite either TUES/WED or WED/THURS. Can be flexible with this but onsite WED. Workload may vary depending on the amount of travel/meetings, etc., additional hours may be done remotely as needed.
Note: Hours: 5 Hours/Day or 10 Hours/Week i.e., 2 Days/Week!
 
Duties:
  • Provides administrative support to one or more individuals within a specified department or departments.
  • Support may include calendar support for leadership, coordination of conference rooms and meetings, ordering and managing departmental supplies, travel arrangements and expense report reconciliation, and general support.
  • Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations and Company policy and procedures.
  • Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts and Company employees in order to maintain the Company's excellent reputation within the medical and pharmaceutical community.
 
Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of travel booking software (e.g. Concur).
  • High degree of initiative, accountability, accuracy, problem-solving ability, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
 
Education:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or a High school diploma.
  • Fluency in MS Suite including Word and Excel
