Prepare and give detailed datadriven business reviews to senior management, focused on improving execution SLAs. Data Analytics, drive decision making with Data Set up, lead and continuously improve the Supply and Operational Execution SOE meetings with the service teams Manage multiple competing crossfunctional projectsprograms simultaneously on a global scale. Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles. Investigate and solution ambiguous process errorsBasic qualifications 3 years experience in program or project management managing multiple competing crossfunctional projectsprograms simultaneously Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams Bachelors degree in business, engineering, finance, math, supply chain or other related quantitative discipline Experience with Excel at an intermediate level including but not limited to Pivot Tables, formula functions, vlookupsxlookupsPreferred qualifications Preference will be given to those with experience in infrastructure capacity delivery and associated functions e.g. infrastructure build program management, networking program management, etc. Work with software development teams to implement automated solutions for continuous improvement initiatives improving endtoend operations Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer Excellent written and oral communication Experience with Quicksight andor Tableau
