Role DescriptionA Project Manager thrives in a fun and fastpaced environment. This position requires heavy email communication with customers, utilizing a wide variety of internal tools, and the implementation of quick solutions. A keen eye to detail and thrill to research and solve. The Project Manager will work within a team environment as well as communicate internally with other departments.Responsible for the completion of projectprogram. May prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projectprogram. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unitdepartment.Primary Objectives Provide stellar customer satisfaction at all times Reporting on project status Meeting all performance and quality metrics Initiating process improvement projects within the department and driving them through to completionBasic Qualifications Bachelors degree Project Management experience Understanding of customer invoicing Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ApplicationsPreferred Qualifications Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software Ability to multitask prioritize, with strong organizational and followup skills Excellent oral and written communication skills
