Summary: Responsible for leading end-to-end projects across product development, operational readiness, and commercialization for Hemodynamic Monitoring products and accessories. Ensures on-time delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage medium-to-large product development projects per client Quality Systems & Design Controls.
Drive cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, risk, and communication plans are executed effectively.
Lead meetings, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.
Resolve complex issues, influence across teams, and maintain project momentum.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Systems).
PMP certification preferred.
3, 4+ years managing new product or complex projects (Medical Device experience required).
Strong understanding of medical device lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
Skilled in stakeholder management, decision-making, and strategic thinking.
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
Spanish fluency a plus.
