This position is located at an Amazon partner facility in Haslet, TX and is expected to be onsite. The project coordinator will independently manage operations onsite in coordination with team members across the US no travel required for this position. This position requires good communication skills with a heavy reliance on emails, comfort with Excel, and ability to quickly learn a wide variety of software tools and company policies and procedures.Primary Objectives: Support internal team on the daytoday execution of existing program implementation. Prioritize work, resolve issues, and meet deadlines while identifying and executing process improvement opportunities Manage ongoing operations for shipping, own the inventory status and maintenance of electronic devices, and prepare shipping documents in accordance with company policiesCollaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and customers to ensure operational data and status reports are presented accurately and timelyProduce and maintain financial reports to provide insights and support datadriven decisionmaking with internal teamEnsure reporting accuracy, maintain financial processes, and contribute to the implementation of internal controls over financial reportingProvide data management processes, organize data, use tools such as VBASQLExcel Macros, and design reports which present statusataglance visualization for business performance.Basic Qualifications:Ability to quickly integrate to a team, learn and adapt to new processes, and deliver resultsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Outlook and ability to build multitab Excel workbooks2 years experience working with highvolume processesCustomer service experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience with SQL to build business dashboards in tools such as QuicksightExperience with international shipping and trade compliance processesExperience with consumer electronic hardware production, compliance testing, and reliabilityExperience with IT debugging tools such as command prompt
