Job Role: NetSuite Administrator Location: Roswell, GA Duration: Full Time
Job Summary: The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system. This role involves working closely with our third-party implementation partner and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth migration and effective utilization of NetSuite across various business functions.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
Experience with data migration and customization in NetSuite.
Proficiency in creating and managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, and reports in NetSuite.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Working in a manufacturing and distribution environment is a plus.
NetSuite Administrator Certification.
Experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow.
Experience in connecting NetSuite with other software systems and applications.
Configure, customize, and maintain the NetSuite ERP system to meet the business needs.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and provide NetSuite solutions to enhance business processes.
Understanding of managing the integration of NetSuite with other core business systems.
Ensure data integrity, perform regular system audits, and implement data security best practices.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they are effectively utilizing NetSuite for their roles.
Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and reports within NetSuite.
Coordinate with the third-party implementation partner to resolve issues and optimize the NetSuite system.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
Stay updated on NetSuite updates and releases, and manage system upgrades as necessary.
Create and maintain documentation related to NetSuite configurations, processes, and best practices.
