Title: Everbridge System Administrator / Project Lead Location: North Chicago, IL 60064 | Hybrid, (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office) Duration: 12 Months
Job Description: Everbridge System Administrator / Project Lead Responsibilities:
Manage user access and system permissions to ensure secure and appropriate system usage.
Configure notification templates and incident communication workflows to optimize response strategies.
Integrate the Everbridge platform with other business systems and applications as required.
Monitor overall system performance, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring reliability.
Troubleshoot technical problems, providing timely resolution and support to users.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Verify data integrity from system interfaces and maintain accurate data sources.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Everbridge account management/support teams.
Coordinate and communicate with users, regional security teams, crisis response teams, and other business functions for effective operational alignment.
Deliver system training sessions and user onboarding to drive adoption and competency.
Lead change management, governance, and implementation activities for Everbridge-related projects.
Provide support and guidance for Everbridge product roadmap planning and execution.
Qualifications:
Experience with Everbridge or similar crisis/incident management platforms
Technical proficiency in system administration and integration
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
Understanding of compliance, documentation standards, and change management processes
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Information systems, Communication Technical & security + 5 year experience
