Title: Communications Specialist IV
Location: 100% remote

Shift: 8AM-5 PM EST, M-F
Summary:
This lead-level position provides full-service consulting services to a primary business group to manage all communication needs, with substantial latitude for independent judgment.
Leads large projects and initiatives involving strategic communication planning and implementation for business areas and may represent business area on cross-functional teams. This role is a specialized role that would work tactically execute communication strategies by taking conceptual narratives and creating tactical messaging to support (hubs, newsletters, emails, talking points, podcasting, etc). This communications specialist would work closely with the OCM leader, project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure that the change messages are clear, consistent, and timely. In addition, this person would be responsible for ensuring the change story arc stays consistent throughout the program (messages that would anchor back to the reason for the change and the journey). This communications specialist would also measure the effectiveness of the communication efforts and provide feedback for improvement.
