Title: Business Analyst - Senior (6-10 years) Location: Denver CO Duration: 4 Months Job Description:
Coordinates all areas of system testing, including preparation, execution and installation support to assure quality system changes.
Monitors and provides daily production, business and system consultation and support to client base; supports complex systems to assigned client base and identifies, studies and resolves production problems.
Leads major complex projects, estimates plans and project timelines and resources for target implementation schedules. Organizes, directs and develops all aspects of assigned projects, both technical and business.
Prioritizes and identifies cross application/system enhancements, documents business needs, determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy of enhancements.
Position has the option of being hybrid. Would prefer the workers to be located in Denver, Austin, Westlake

Data & Analytics Strategy & Implementation Program (DASIP) has been established, primarily to deliver and a strategy and roadmap that further enables data & analytics across Client fostering a data-driven culture, enabling self-service and optimizing human capital.
First focus is on establishing the scope of work through evaluating current state strengths and opportunities, and articulating a target-state vision that leads to a longer term (3-year) implementation roadmap.
Support is needed to facilitate working sessions, capture and synthesizing Current State Assessments, drafting content for Requirements and Design deliverables, socialize findings/designs and gaining agreements.
What you’ll do:
Work with our various subject matter experts across client’s analytics community to capture current state information and make it available in easily digestible formats for wider consumption.
Draft and socialize operating model changes to support improved collaboration across teams in the client analytics ecosystem.
Strong experience in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint and web-based collaborative platforms like Teams and SharePoint.
Experience in data, reporting and business intelligence tools – i.e., the data and analytics field that we work in.
Familiarity with best practices in analytics/data engineering and/or data science
A proven track record of delivery, ability to manage to a plan.
