Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst / Associate of Ads and Promotions
Duration: 6 Months 
Location: Remote - PST

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly-motivated individual to join our CPG Insights team as an Associate of Ads and Promotions. In this role, you will work closely with our International Sales team to support marketing campaigns that promote and celebrate our unique relationships with CPG partners.
You will analyze data, develop client-facing reports, and identify optimization opportunities to accelerate brand sales and category share growth.  This is a unique opportunity to help define and shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand.

What you’ll do:
  • Work closely with the ops and sales teams on scoping ad campaigns
  • Gather data for client’s marketing products and prepare data for subsequent analysis
  • Develop client-facing reports that synthesize campaign performance trends and identify optimization opportunities
  • Analyze the performance of clients marketing products and surface product performance insights to support sales efforts
About you:
  • You have a passion for data with strong attention to detail
  • You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members within the company
  • You value efficiency and quality
  • You are a strong communicator and can prioritize across multiple projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2-4 years’ experience as an analyst or marketer in an advertising agency, ecommerce, consumer brand or tech company
  • You have an understanding of relational databases, ETL tools, data conversion, and data cleansing methods
  • You are proficient in Excel (can maintain large, complex data sets)
  • You have experience using SQL to aggregate and cleanse data
  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong organization and communication skills
