The Brand Advocate’s goal is to build brand awareness and consumer loyalty. The individual is to provide consumers with an unforgettable and educational experience that engages the consumer and leaves them wanting more.
The Brand Advocate position is a part-time team member responsible for activating Events on behalf of the brand.
The Brand Advocate becomes the Face of the brand to consumers and must take that fact seriously.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Must participate at Events with enthusiasm, excitement and professionalism; must be willing and able to interface with consumers and customers in a professional and fluent manner.
Must have a flexible schedule with willingness to work weekends and extended/unusual hours.
Must be on-site at Events from start to finish in a timely manner.
Must work with their on-site manager on assisting and performing all tasks.
May be responsible for filling out and turning in Event Reports after completing an Event.
Experience and Skills Required
Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record or reliable transportation to/from Events.
Pass a background check.
Pass a drug test.

Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must possess excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
Must be organized, self-motivated and able to manage event materials/company assets, and any event reporting.
Must be outgoing, responsible, enthusiastic, and reliable.
Must maintain expert knowledge of product and brand.
Must be a strong team player.
Must have a presentable, well-groomed appearance.
Must have a sense of urgency.
Skilled in problem solving, project management and time management.
Education Details
High School diploma or equivalent
