Title: Administrative Assistant Duration: 7+ months Location: Cupertino, CA 95014/Sunnyvale, CA 94086 (this role will float between 2 locations, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote - Hybrid)
Key Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in an administrative and/or facilities support role.
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and follow through is crucial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented environment and who projects a positive demeanor.
Display excellent problem-solving abilities when faced with challenging deadlines.
Work with little supervision on daily assignments and must be able to take initiative in all tasks.
Ordering and restocking office and break room supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.
Provide support for daily onsite needs.
Proficiency with iCal, Mail, Keynote and other OS X based office systems a plus.

Submitting general building requests, often acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and ensuring completion of tasks.
Management of multiple conference room calendars.
Provide support for daily onsite needs.
Coordinating catering requests for meetings and events, working with internal systems and vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup.
Onboard new employees, ensuring they receive necessary supplies, equipment, and security compliance.
Create and manage purchase requisitions and orders.
